I am Inkee-Bear. Some say my name should be Mellow-Purr-Bear because I take life as it comes. I was born in April 2011 or three weeks after Gracee. I am a silky, midnight-black, straight-eared Scottish Fold weighing in at almost 13 pounds. I was very sick when I first went to my forever home but my meowmuh and the lady Doc saved me. I purr most of the time but always when I think of them. View Inkee-Bear's Posts.

If you'll be my Valentine
I promise that I'll groom you.
I'm tryin' to understand this Yin and Yang thing. It's complicated, too complicated if you ask me. Meowmuh says it's about having balance. I can walk a beam. Is that balance? Oh, you mean 'inner' balance? People love me and I love them. So, I must be balanced there too, know what I'm sayin'? But you already knew that.
This is a feline representation of the Chinese symbol for Yin and Yang. The whole is greater than the assembled parts. Opposite forces can oppose and compliment each other. Examples: light & dark, fire & water, expanding & contracting, old & young. Chinese medicine is directly related to the balance between Yin and Yang qualities within oneself.
This is me as a kitten. My goal would be to cross the goal line. I'm fast (when I wanna' be). Watch some cute kittens in the Kitten Bowl on Super Bowl Sunday (2/5/17) before the Super Bowl on your Hallmark Channel. Check your listings for the correct time. Cheer for my team, Boomer's Bobcats!
This beam is my fav perch. From here, I'm lookin' at you and you're lookin' at me. Meowmuh says she doesn't look down to the first floor from the railing in the loft because it makes her dizzy. Must be a human problem. I might be a dizzy guy but I never actually GET dizzy. I can see everything that goes on upstairs & downstairs. When you visit us, try my perch.
This is a what or a who? A snowman? In Southern California? R U kidding? His face is blinking & he's making noise. Christmas carols? No, they're not beautiful, they're noise. Turn that noise, carols, or whatever you want to call them, turn them off!
Decorate? Do we get treats? I'll do it! I'll take the end of this garland & pull it upstairs. You'll have garland up and down the stairs. Hey, Spirit -- after the garland's on the stairs, don't touch it. Same for the rest of you cannibals. LEAVE IT ALONE!
When are you going to get our stroller fixed? U have the parts! We've ALL been waiting. Being busy taking writing classes, writing and what ever else you do is not a good enough excuse. Have you heard of a sit-in? Yes? That's what I'm gonna' do. I'm 'sittin' in' this stroller 'til you fold it up, put it in the car & get it fixed!
This cat "hangs out" on our wall. He's cute but he looks like a brat...like "a force to be reckoned with." Meowmuh loves the artist that drew him, Jamie S. Perry. She is a colored pencil artist who creates drawings, prints, pet portraits, tote bags and t-shirts. Find her at www.jsperry.com/products/prints.
This cat "hangs out" on our wall too. When guests come over, they say this cat is sooo handsome and then they say he looks like Spirit. Spirit is an Egyptian Mau cat. All Egyptian Maus have those same gooseberry green eyes. Spirit might be handsome, but I'm cool.
